Terms and Conditions

1. Important Notice

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any travel services with Ghoomo Global. These Terms govern all bookings made through our company, website, or authorized partners. By confirming a booking and making payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and all travelers in your booking.


2. Reservations & Payments

  • All bookings must be made in writing via email or through our official website.
  • A 50% deposit is required within 5 days of confirmation to secure your booking.
  • Full payment must be made at least 30 days prior to your travel date.
  • For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required immediately.
  • All transactions are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise agreed.
  • Additional charges may apply for credit/debit card payments depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Payment Options

a) Credit/Debit Card

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
  • Payments are processed securely through an encrypted gateway.
  • We do not store card details on our servers.

b) Bank Transfer

You may also pay via bank transfer to our official UAE business account. Bank details will be shared on your invoice.


4. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is considered confirmed only after payment (partial or full) is received and a confirmation voucher is issued by Ghoomo Global. If you do not receive confirmation within the expected time, please contact us immediately.


5. Amendments & Cancellations

All amendment or cancellation requests must be sent in writing to dubai@ghoomoglobal.ae. Cancellation charges are as follows:

  • More than 30 days before travel – 10% of total booking
  • 15–29 days before travel – 50% of total booking
  • 7–14 days before travel – 75% of total booking
  • Less than 7 days before travel – 100% (non-refundable)

Some suppliers such as airlines or hotels may impose stricter cancellation rules. These will be communicated at the time of booking.


6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 15–30 business days of written cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
  • Visa fees, service charges, and processing fees are non-refundable.

7. Responsibilities & Liability

Ghoomo Global acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.). We are not responsible for any injury, loss, delay, damage, or additional expense caused by third parties, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or other events beyond our control.

We highly recommend that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, and other unforeseen situations.


8. Travel Documents & Visa

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that all passports, visas, and other required travel documents are valid and up to date. Ghoomo Global will not be liable for any denial of entry, deportation, or additional expenses resulting from incomplete or incorrect documentation.


9. Changes by the Company

In exceptional circumstances, Ghoomo Global reserves the right to make modifications to itineraries, accommodations, or transportation due to operational or unforeseen reasons. We will always strive to provide equivalent or superior alternatives where possible.


10. Complaints & Disputes

If you encounter an issue during your trip, please inform our local representative or Dubai head office immediately so that we can resolve the matter promptly. Unresolved complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of trip completion.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.


11. Promotions & Special Offers

Promotional offers, discounts, or coupon codes provided by Ghoomo Global are subject to their own terms and may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice. Offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
